About Taynton Bay Spirits
Taynton Bay Spirits is a small-batch craft distillery in Invermere, BC, the lakeside town on Lake Windermere in the Columbia Valley. We make vodka, gin, rum, ready-to-drink cocktails and cocktail bitters, and we make them for the moments we never want to end: golden evenings on the lake, cocktails shared with friends, and gathering somewhere special.
Made in Invermere
Every bottle is produced in small batches right here in Invermere. Our spirits are distilled with locally farmed wheat from Schutter Farms in Invermere, and we use real ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. That means a full pound of raspberries in every bottle of Raspberry Vodka, Fraser Valley blueberries in our Blueberry Vodka, and organic cocoa husks in our Chocolate Rum.
What We Make
- Vodka: our triple-distilled Taynton Bay Vodka, plus Pickle, Raspberry, Blueberry and Chocolate Espresso
- Gin: Sunset, Midnight and Winter Gin
- Rum: Rocky Mountain Steamwheel, Chocolate and Tropical
- Ready-to-drink cocktails: Canadian Mule and Blueberry Bombshell
- Cocktail bitters: Hibiscus, Mint Lime and Sweet Orange, made with pure herbs and fruit
Ready-to-Drink Cocktails
Our ready-to-drink cocktails are made with our own spirits. Canadian Mule pairs our vodka with bold ginger and bright lemon, and Blueberry Bombshell brings together blueberries and a hint of lemon. Both are 14% ABV and easy to pour over ice.
Award-Winning Spirits
At the 2023 London Spirits Competition, Taynton Bay Vodka won a Gold Medal and Best in Show for Canada, our Raspberry Vodka won Gold and our Winter Gin took Silver. You may also have seen us pitch on CBC's Dragons' Den.
Meet Justin, Steve and Jayson
Taynton Bay Spirits was founded by Justin, Steve and Jayson, and each of them has a favourite pour. Justin reaches for Steamwheel Rum for relaxed gatherings, Steve's pick is Raspberry Vodka, and Jayson's is Blueberry Vodka, which captures late summer in the Columbia Valley.
