Piña Colada on the Rocks

2 oz Taynton Bay Tropical Rum

4 oz pineapple juice

1 oz cream of coconut

½ oz fresh lime juice

Optional: ½ oz coconut milk if you want it silkier

Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.

Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

Coconut Pineapple Cold Foam

Froth together:

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp pineapple juice

1 tbsp cream of coconut

Tiny splash vanilla

Pour over top.
